Our umbrellas have been tested to withstand winds up to level 8 (62–74 km/h) when paired with the appropriate base. However, in real outdoor conditions, we recommend closing the umbrella when winds exceed 10.8–18.5 m/s (24–41 mph) to ensure safety.

Yes, our patio umbrellas can be installed directly into the ground. Each umbrella comes with a cross-shaped base, which can be securely mounted into concrete or other solid surfaces for enhanced stability. While they’re designed for use with weighted bases, ground installation is also supported with proper anchoring.

We recommend that the belt be used whenever the canopy is in the closed position. This will prevent a strong wind from opening the umbrella and potentially causing damage.

The best way to clean an umbrella is simply using soap, water and a soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush. The umbrella may have to be removed from the base and partially opened to access the top area of the canopy during washing.

No. Always allow the canopy to dry before closing, or there grows a risk for mold and mildew to form, which can stain the canopy over time.
