At Patioslife, we are committed to ensuring the quality and durability of our products. All of our umbrellas and umbrella-based products come with a 5-year warranty, providing you with peace of mind and confidence in your purchase.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers all umbrella frames, accessories, and fabrics. If any issues arise with the frame, fabric, or accessories under normal use within 5 years of purchase, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
What’s Covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship related to the frame, accessories, or fabric.
- Normal wear and tear, including issues with frame hinges, fabric integrity, and stitching.
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Wear and tear resulting from exposure to extreme weather conditions beyond normal use.
- Damage due to neglect or improper storage (e.g., leaving the umbrella open in high winds or storing it improperly when wet).
- Any damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you experience an issue with your umbrella, please contact our customer support team at support@patioslife.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage (if applicable). Our team will assess the issue and guide you through the warranty process.
Warranty Period:
The 5-year warranty begins on the date of purchase. If you experience any defect within the warranty period, we will provide either a repair or replacement depending on the severity of the issue.
Limitation of Liability:
This warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
