Once an order has been processed for shipment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may still be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Patioslife does not guarantee that all cancellation or modification requests can be fulfilled, especially where fulfillment processing has already begun.

Patioslife currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and military addresses/APO/FPO, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service levels.
