Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement for a full refund.
To request cancellation, please email us at support@patioslife.com as soon as possible.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be canceled but may still be eligible for return under the conditions below.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Returns
We accept returns within 45 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Return Process
1. Contact Us:
Send an email to support@patioslife.com with the following:

Reason for the return

Clear photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
2. Review & Approval:
Our support team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible for return. Returns must be pre-approved.
3. Return Label Issuance:
Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label, which including shipping address via email. Please print the label and affix it securely to the original packaging.
For returns caused by damage, defect, incorrect item, or our error, Patioslife will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
For change-of-mind returns, wrong size/color selection, or other personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we provide a prepaid return label for convenience, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
4. Shipping the Return:
Drop off the package at the designated carrier (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) depending on the label.
We recommend using a trackable service for items over $75.
5. Inspection & Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process the applicable refund.

Return Shipping & Fees
For returns due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Patioslife does not charge any restocking fee.
If Patioslife provides a prepaid return label, the actual return shipping cost charged by the carrier will be confirmed with the customer before the label is issued and will be deducted from the refund after the returned item is received and inspected.
If the customer chooses to arrange the return shipment independently, no return shipping cost will be deducted by Patioslife. The customer must provide a valid tracking number and ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Items Only)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit upon return.
