At Patioslife, we are committed to providing a seamless, transparent, and reliable shipping experience. Our goal is to ensure your order is delivered promptly and arrives in excellent condition.

To achieve faster delivery times and improved service reliability, we operate through a network of local warehouses in the United States, including both West Coast and East Coast fulfillment centers. All orders are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse facilities based on inventory availability and customer location.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer shipping to U.S. territories, including Guam and Puerto Rico.

Free shipping is available for eligible delivery addresses within the United States. No additional shipping fees will be charged based on your location.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Large or oversized items may be delivered by freight carriers and may require an appointment or signature upon delivery.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information.


Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (GMT-5) on a business day will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST (GMT-5) will be processed the following business day.


Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

We partner with FedEx and USPS to provide secure and timely delivery.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: Estimated 3–5 business days (Monday to Saturday)

    • Shipping Fee: Free

📦 Stock Availability Notice: Orders for in-stock items are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. If an item is out of stock or unavailable at the time of your order, our customer support team will contact you promptly to discuss estimated timelines or available alternatives. You are also welcome to reach out to us directly at support@patioslife.com.

⚠️ Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

    • Your tracking number

    • A direct link to track the package via FedEx or USPS

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@patioslife.com.


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address:

  • Please contact us before your order ships.

  • Once a tracking number is issued or the package is dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

  • If the order has already shipped, modifications may not be possible.


Undeliverable Packages

A package may be considered undeliverable if:

  • The shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete

  • Delivery attempts have repeatedly failed

  • The recipient refuses the package

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • The customer may be responsible for reshipping fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for non-contiguous states

  • We recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing checkout


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@patioslife.com.
To expedite resolution:

  • Provide your order number

  • Attach photos of the damaged item or package (if applicable)

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy 


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all published delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Inclement weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Holiday surges

  • Warehouse processing exceptions
