Constructed from 24 lbs of steel with electrophoretic treatment and a powder-coated finish, the base is designed for outdoor use and helps protect the steel surface from exposure to moisture and changing weather conditions.
The cross-wing support structure is designed to distribute forces through the installed base and help improve stability during normal use. Its below-ground installation also reduces the amount of hardware visible above the surface, leaving only the top mounting point exposed for a cleaner patio, garden, or commercial outdoor setting.
The octagonal top plate features pre-drilled mounting holes for compatible Patioslife cantilever umbrellas and selected side-arm umbrella models. Please check the mounting dimensions and product compatibility before installation.

Multi-Hole Mounting Design for Compatible Rotation Plates
Built with a reinforced steel top plate and a pre-drilled multi-hole mounting pattern, this base is designed for compatible 6.3 in. Aegis rotation plates and 5.3 in. rotation plates.
The pre-drilled mounting holes provide defined attachment points for installation, while the 11 in. × 11 in. top surface provides a substantial mounting area for compatible umbrella setups.

Install Your Umbrella Base in 4 Easy Steps
1. Prepare the hole
Dig a hole in the ground and place the in-ground base inside.
2. Secure the base
Pour at least 700 lb. of concrete into the hole to anchor the base securely.
3. Level the base
Make sure the base stays level and properly positioned while the concrete sets.
4. Install the umbrella
Once the concrete has fully cured, attach your umbrella to the base.

The foot pedal and rotation plate are not included when the base is purchased separately. They are included with a Patioslife patio umbrella.
