We have our own warehouse located in Ontario, CA. We typically partner with FedEx and USPS, and the estimated delivery time is within 3-5 days.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

For larger or multi-item orders, such as umbrellas, bases, or furniture sets, we may ship items in separate packages based on size and weight. It’s normal for packages to arrive on different days.
